Introduction:
Biomedical Engineering department provides a biomedical equipment management service in Shifa International Hospital Faisalabad. Biomedical equipment management activities including: commissioning, repair, ppm / calibration checks, maintaining inventory of biomedical equipment, and service histories of medical equipment on log books, and training to use biomedical equipment safely.
Departmental Objective:
To provide the highest degree of biomedical engineering, repair, maintenance and round the clock services to maintain the uptime of biomedical equipment.
Remarkable Achievements:
Biomedical Engineering department provides its outstanding performance and contribution for successful accreditation with Punjab Healthcare Commission 2020 and ISO Certification. Biomedical Staff are working as frontline fighter in Covid-19 pandemic to provide medical equipment support with maximum uptime.
